  2. Create a new social wall, or edit your existing social wall

  6. Now click on Create Feed

  4. Customize the position and height of the code.
  5. If you want to disable the SnapUp from your social wall, you again have the option to turn it off using the toggle here. 
  6. Once done, click on Apply Settings.

Now that your social wall is ready with the QR code overlay, it’s time to design the page to collect the posts from your users.

The page your users will see after they scan the code is called Post Upload Page. Follow these quick steps to design this Post Upload Page and make the user experience engaging.

  1. Give an attractive page title and description to build a connection with the audience.
  2. Add T&C URL so there is complete transparency between you and your users. 
  3. Taggbox Display gives users two options to share their pictures. One format is with the captions, and another one is with the reviews and ratings.

  1. If your users are flooding your social wall with a lot of content, you can use the filters on the top right corner to see a specific post. 
  2. If you want to hide any post from your social wall, click on the checkbox on the top left side of the post. Now select the option to make the post private or delete it.
  3. If you want to showcase any specific post shared by your users, pin it or highlight it on your social wall using the buttons on the left corner of the post.

Follow this step-by-step guide to learn everything about using the SnapUp in your Tagbox Widget account.

1. Create your free Tagbox Widget account or sign in to an existing account.

2. You will reach the dashboard section of the Tagbox Widget.

3. Now, you need to click on the Add feeds option. A small pop-up window will appear. You need to click on the ‘SnapUp’ option.

4. The SnapUp form settings page will appear, where you can edit the form per your requirements.

Note: You can also choose to either display a link, QR Code, or button. For your website, email campaigns, WhatsApp, hashtag campaigns, etc. However, the SnapUp link would be a good choice for your SMS marketing. 

5. Now it’s time to customize the form and moderate the content as per your preferences. Once you are satisfied with the presence of your form, you will be set to begin the embedding process.

  1. Upload logo: An image can be attached here to be displayed in the SnapUp button. You can add your company logo here.
  2. Title: It is the heading that will appear on the form.
  3. Subheading: It is a detailed description of what your users can expect in the form.
  4. Other edits: You can change the background color, image, etc., add a Thankyou message, and choose the content category. 

6. Once you are done with the details mentioned above and apply the settings, you can move to the publishing options.

With SnapUp, you can take full advantage of the following use cases: 

  • Link: You can simply copy and paste the URL provided anywhere you wish. Use this link option for social sharing and improving conversions. 
  • Web pages: Embed the SnapUp button on your web pages. Edit the background color, button text, font color, font family, font weight, and font size before adding this button on any web page. 
  • Hashtag Campaigns: Guide and inform your customers about the ongoing hashtag campaign and collect UGC by copying the message and sharing the form link on any platform like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, and email. 

How Does SnapUp Work?

1. Users click on the ‘SnapUp’ button, link, or scan the QR code. 

2. A form will open where they can add an image and choose to write either a caption or review & rating

3. Once done, then they click on ‘Next’ and enter their ‘Username & Email’

4. Now, they click on the ‘Submit’ button, and UGC is submitted to their  Tagbox Widget account.

5. Go to “Moderation” in your Tagbox Widget account and find the submitted posts in the ‘Private’ section.

2. Click on the Shoppable Galleries option in Sidebar, your galleries will appear

4. Choose your preferred social platform from where you want to collect content from the given option.

Let’s choose Instagram as an example here. You can add more feeds later from the Add Feeds option under Content Gallery. 

5. Enter your feed option like Hashtag, Handle, Mentions, IGTV, Tagged, etc.

6. Complete the authentication to connect your social media platform and successfully fetch content

NOTE: Taggbox does not store or have access to your private information or passwords relating to the social media accounts that you connect. 

Section 2: Tag Products

7. Now, you will see all your posts with the Tag product option under each post. However, you will need to upload products before tagging. 

8. To upload products, click on the Add Product option under the Product catalog menu in Sidebar

  • Import Product List: This option helps you upload products in bulk using a CSV file 
  • Add a Product: This option lets you upload one product at a time
  • Sync Shopify Products: Enter Shopify store URL and fetch products directly from Shopify

1. Make sure to follow the sample CSV format as provided during uploading process

2. Error in Product ID: In excel sheet, when you enter more than 11 digits in a cell, the digits get truncated. Make sure to enter product ID without truncation.

3. Make sure you enter correct Product ID for each product in your CSV file.

4. Without Product ID, you won’t be able to use product page galleries option

10. Once you successfully upload your products, then click on the Tag Products option from Sidebar

11. Now it’s time for product tagging. Click on Tag products option under any post; a popup will appear

12. Enter the product name in the search bar and click on the product to tag it to the post.

Note: it is recommended not to use Hotspots on these galleries if you intend to show small images. 

Similarly, tag products to all the posts in your gallery. You can tag upto 4 products per post. 

Section 3 – Design & Filter

13. Now click on the Themes option under Design & filter and choose the theme of your product page gallery.

You can also make changes to card style, theme settings, hover effect, social actions, CTA button and more in the Design & Filter section.

Note: It is recommended to use the Modern slider theme for the best experience. 

Section 4 – Publish Your Gallery

14. Now click on the PUBLISH button at the bottom left corner; you will see 2 publishing options 

  • Homepage & Landing Pages
  • Product Page Galleries

15. Click on Product Page galleries and you will see different CMS options like HTML, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc. 

16. Click on your choice of CMS. Let’s choose Shopify as an example. 

17. Now, you will see the steps to publish Product page shoppable galleries on Shopify.

18. Follow the simple steps mentioned there to publish the product page gallery on your Shopify store.

  4. Search & tag products to post (follow this for all posts you want to tag)
    • If you have uploaded any products to your account, you must first add/upload products under the Product catalog section and then complete the 3rd & 4th step.
  5. Once you tag products to a post, then click on “Enable Hotspot” in the top-right corner of tagging pop-up
  6. Once you enable hotspot, you will see hotspot appearing on the post
  7. Drag and drop your hotspots on the post as per product position

Similarly, you can do so for all posts. Once you create your shoppable gallery with hotspots, then you can move on to publishing it on your website.
