How To Access The Reactions Feature

Step 1: Sign- Up to Taggbox by Clicking on  “Free Trial” button

Step 3: Enter your contact details (Optional)

Step 4: Select “Create a Social Wall” options for the ones given.

Step 5: Go to your email and verify your account.

Step 6: Once you visit the account, you’ll be redirected to the onboarding page, Select the network from where you want to collect the content.

Step 7: After selecting the platform, you’ll be asked to enter the medium from where you’d like to fetch the data. We have taken Instagram here as an example.

Step 8: Add the information about the channel. For example, we have chosen Hashtag. We will have to add the hashtag in the given text box and click next.

Step 9: Choose the customize option from the bottom panel.

Step 11: Click on the toggle to activate the reactions feature click save and then click on “Display”

Step 12: Click on Digital Display.

Let us begin by knowing how to set up a social wall first. Follow these steps to know how:

Step 1: How to set up a social wall?

Login to Taggbox
  • After logging in, you will see the preview of the Taggbox Display Dashboard. Click on ‘Start Now’ to begin the process.

  • For the next step, you will be asked to “choose the source network” from where you want to collect the content.

  • Let’s take the example of Instagram to create the feed. Here you will find several sources to create the feed. i.e., Hashtag, Handle, Mention, etc. Fill in the required fields & click ‘Create Feed.

Next, you will see a preview of your created social wall. You can customize your social wall from the “Personalize Feature”. You can choose to change the style and overall look of the social wall from the two given options.

  • Themes – Taggbox Display offers 13 high-end themes to give the social wall an attractive look. And some of them are specifically designed for virtual events. 
  • Customization – This feature allows you to change the background of your social wall, card style, fonts, theme settings, and many more.

  • Now select your wall, and from the options on the left side of the screen, choose ‘Studio’

Step 2: How to create a live poll using Slido?

  • First, log into your Slido account

  • After logging into your account, you will see a screen from where you can choose the various ways to run a Slido or create one. Select ‘Create Slido’.

  • Now you will see a prompt box, you can select dates and name your Slido and click on ‘Create Slido’

  • For the final steps, create your poll from the various options. For example, choose the ‘Multiple Choice’ poll from the options. Now write a question, and add answers in the choice bullets below. You can tap on the tick mark beside the answers to save it as the answer.

  • Click on the ‘Launch’ button to make the poll live immediately, and click on the ‘Save’ button to save the poll for later.

  • After clicking on ‘Launch’, you will see a new page. On this page click on the ‘Present Link’ button.

Display Social Wall On Yodeck Digital Signage

To display a Social Wall on Yodeck Digital Signage, you need to follow the given steps:-

  • Log into your Taggbox Display account. If you are a new user, you can create a Free Account.
  • You will be redirected to the Home section of the tool. Click on Start Now to begin the process. 
  • A popup window will appear. Next, you must select your preferred content aggregation source from the given options.
  • Next, you will be required to choose your connection type depending on your platform chosen. You will get options like hashtags, profiles, usernames, etc. 
  • Click on Create feed, and you will be able to catch a preview of the social media wall before making it live. 
  • Click on the Display option present in the bottom left corner of the screen. Select Digital signage and choose Yodeck from the given options. 
  • Click on the Taggbox Display widget within your widget gallery to add it:
  • A Name is required for the widget and an optional description for it.
  • Paste the “Display Wall URL” from your Taggbox Display account.
  • Set the Default Duration so that the widget will appear in a playlist.

How to Use the SnapUp?

SnapUp makes the process incredibly simple, allowing you to integrate the option seamlessly into your event within just 10 minutes. Let’s swiftly walk you through the four stages of utilizing this feature, so you can start gathering UGC from your audience.

A. Create & Manage SnapUp

  1. Log in to your Taggbox Display account.

2. After logging in to your Taggbox Social Wall (Display) account either create a new social wall or edit your previously created social wall.

3. Now head into the left sidebar on the social wall editor and click on Social Feeds > Add Feed, and you will see a new source network option – SnapUp.

4. Click on the SnapUp option, and you will see the next page. (Attached in the below screenshot)

On this page, you will see 2 main options 1. Uploader Settings & 2. Publish options.

Let’s Start with the Uploader Settings, In this section will help you to create a personalized SnapUp form as per your event requirement.

In the Uploader form setting you can personalize

  1. Logo: Add your company/ event logo to make the SnapUp form personalized.
  2. Form Title: Create an attractive title that helps you to ask your audience to share UGC.
  3. Sub Heading: Add other details like campaign terms or other information.
  4. Background Color: Change the background color as per your need.
  5. Background Image: You can also add a background image in the Uploader form.
  6. Submit Button Text: You can customize this as per your requirement.
  7. Choose Content Category: We have a category Add a caption or submit a review choose as per your requirement.
  8. Thank you message: A “Thank you” message after successful submission.
  9. Terms & Conditions URL: Add a T&C to make the user understand the use of images and other content terms if you have,
  10. Moderate Post: You can choose which post you want to display.

here is an example of SnapUp form for an Annual event at Google.

After setting up your SnapUp form, jump onto the publish options.

Publish options will help you to make a reach of SnapUp across multiple marketing touchpoints like

  1. QR code Overlay on Social Wall
  2. Emails
  3. SMS
  4. Social Share

The First option you will see is a direct link for your SnapUp form. You can share this form with your audience directly (for eg. add on event website page or app) to collect valuable UGC.

Digital Display: Another and most popular we have is adding this form with your live social wall in the form of a QR code overlay. Adding a SnapUpform with the social wall will encourage your audience to share more content as they can see their SnapUp entries instantly on large screens.

  1. Overlay text: You can ask users to scan the QR code to share entries.
  2. URL: You can share the URL with your audience and collect their entries directly for your brands.
  3. Background Color: You can customize the background color.
  4. Font Color: You can also change your font color.
  5. Font Family: This option lets you choose the font style used in the overlay text. You can select from various font families to match your brand’s aesthetics.
  6. Overlay Position: This setting lets you determine where the SnapUp overlay will be displayed on the social wall. You can position it at the top, bottom, left, or right of the screen, depending on your design and layout requirements.
  7. Overlay Height: The overlay height setting allows you to control the vertical size of the overlay. You can adjust the height to ensure the overlay text and QR code are appropriately sized for visibility and readability.
  8. Font Size: This option enables you to set the size of the font used in the overlay text. You can increase or decrease the font size to make the text more prominent or compact as needed.

Follow this step-by-step guide to display a social wall on Raydiant digital signage.

Register or login to your existing Taggbox Display Account

Next, you will see the Taggbox Display dashboard. Here click on the ‘Start Now.’

Let’s take Instagram as a source to create the social feed. Here you will find multiple options to create a feed, i.e., Hashtag(#), Handle(@), Stories, Mentions, Tagged, IGTV Videos, Personal Account.

Check the box ‘Manually approve posts before making them public to enable moderation for your social wall. From the moderation panel, you can choose what content you want to showcase on your digital screen, also you can remove unappealing posts.

Next, you will see the preview of your social wall.

You can also change the look of your social wall by using the ”Personalize” feature. The ”Personalize” feature lets you change your social wall’s theme, background, card style, and fonts.

Follow this step-by-step guide to display a social wall on Arreya digital signage. 

Step 1

Register or login to your existing Taggbox Display Account

Login To Taggbox

Step 2

Next, you will see the Taggbox Display dashboard. Here click on the ‘Start Now.’

Step 3

Now ‘Choose Source Network’ from where you want to fetch the feed

Step 4

Let’s take Instagram as a source to create the social feed. Here you will find multiple options to create a feed, i.e., Hashtag(#), Handle(@), Stories, Mentions, Tagged, IGTV Videos, Personal Account.

Step 5

Check the box ‘Manually approve posts before making them public to enable moderation for your social wall. From the moderation panel, you can choose what content you want to showcase on your digital screen, also you can remove unappealing posts.

Step 6

Next, you will see the preview of your social wall.

You can also change the look of your social wall by using the ”Personalize” feature. The ”Personalize” feature lets you change your social wall’s theme, background, card style, and fonts.

Now click on the ‘Display’ button and copy your social wall URL

Now login to your Arreya digital signage account 

Step 9

Go to the ‘Content’ tab & click on ‘Presentations.’

Step 10

Create a new presentation or edit your existing presentation.

Step 11

Go to the page where you want to add the social wall.

Step 12

Now click on the ‘Widget’ from the Navigation menu & choose ‘Website’ as your option from the drop-down.

Step 13

Paste your copied social wall URL and hit the ‘OK button.

And that’s it. You have successfully added the Taggbox Display social wall to the Arreya digital signage.

Learn How to Embed Social Wall in GEVME Virtual Event Platform

Follow this guide to embed a social wall in the GEVME virtual event platform. 

Step 1

First register or login into your existing Taggbox Display account.

Login To Taggbox

Step 2

After logging in you will reach the Taggbox Display Dashboard. Here, click on the ‘Start Now’

Now ‘Choose Source Network’ to create the feed

Let’s take Twitter as an example. Here you will find multiple options to create the feed. i.e., Hashtag, Handle, Mention, Geo Location, List, Likes, and Advanced Queries. Fill in the required fields & click ‘Create Feed.’

Choose the theme for your social wall from the ‘Personalize’ feature, and also, you can change the background of your social wall, card style, fonts, theme settings, and many more.

Note: You can also use the ‘Moderation’ feature to remove unwanted content from your social media wall. 

Step 7

Next, you will see the preview of your social wall.

Glad to see your social wall! Now click on the ‘Display’ button from the left bottom corner. Navigate to the virtual events option & copy the embed code.

Now login to your GEVME account.

Once you are in your project, Click on Virtual –> Live Pages. Select the page where you want to integrate the widget and click on Customize.

Click on the Live Bar on the next screen

Step 12

Go To the Advanced tab

Step 13

Click on the Custom Apps drop-down and select Embed iFrame

Step 14

The new content block is created with the name My New App. Click that

Step 15

Rename it with the name you want to display and paste the iframe code into the box provided. You can also choose the Icon you wish to show or upload its image. Click on Save once you’re done.

Step 16

The embedded App is shown under the Live Bar

And that’s it. You have successfully embedded the Taggbox Display social wall in the GEVME Virtual Event Platform.
